FREE SHIPPING ITEMS
For customers that have chosen our FREE SHIPPING (Without Tracking) option, please bear in mind that we will only provide you with our Proof of Shipping. You will NOT be able to track your order’s whereabout after that, the risk of the product not arriving your doorstep is there. If after 60 days, you still haven't received your order, we will escalate the matter to our shipping partner before refund will be made.
WHEN IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
We desire that you get your products/order/items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and colour because your oder cannot be modified afterwards. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system especially if it is a customer's fault.
Every order is usually processed within 3-5 business days of ordering and it is usually shipped the next day after the processing.
All orders are handled and shipped out from different manufacturers around the globe, example China, Hongkong, US, Germany, UK, Poland and Ireland. Please during holidays and Sale seasons allow extra time for us to process your order.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
We endeavour to send a shipping confirmation as soon as the order is shipped, after which the tracking of the item can start. We generally operate free Shipping but additional shipping cost can be applied depending upon upon shipping destination and weight of item.
CUSTOM CLEARING
Goods and items purchased may be subject to custom duties and import tax, so customers are encouraged to check with custom rules before ordering. Note, Custom charges are determined by the customs office in the receiver's country. Payment and charges is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. For further information, please contact your local custom's office.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
Customers are solely responsible for tracking their order and to submit all needed documentation to courier or to custom for clearing their products. Any delivery tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, will not be refunded nor item replaced. Remember, local post office, custom and courier may delay the estimated delivery time. When such happens contact the responsible party.
When customer is not available when delivery is attempted, a notice card could be left over advising customer where the goods may be collected.
What happen if order is not received after 30 days of shipping it?
Kindly inform us via email so we can help you to further check on your order status. Usually we will offer you to resend a replacement with no additional fees. However, if you're not willing to wait anymore for replacement, we need to allow 60 days before we can refund you.
What will happen after 60 days?
Please update us again either you had already receive your parcel or not. If not, we still may offer to send out replacement. Or else, refund will be processed for the item price only since the item already shipped out from our warehouse. Kindly take note that we may charge you 10% as processing fee if the tracking detail shows that the parcel already arrived at your destination country. Usually, local post or courier will keep the parcel within 30 days if there was a failed delivery attempt by your local postal service to your address.
In some cases we may be able to help, however, we do not have the access to investigate issues caused by local carriers. Therefore, we highly advise you to contact your local post for necessary action.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
Our store prices may be shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 4USD regardless of the time the order has been placed. This is due to merchant processor/credit card processing fee charges which we must pay. Any order that may been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
